Hi, I’m Madison (Rodgers) Holloway — an SEO specialist and digital marketer passionate about blending creativity with strategy. I love helping brands grow through thoughtful content, strong storytelling, and data-informed decisions that still feel human.

I'm Maddie! I'm a marketer looking to make a real impact on the lives of consumers. In 2024, I jumped into the higher ed space at Lindenwood University after being in the agency world for a year. This career move has given me the opportunity to specialize in SEO and be surrounded by so many amazing people! Additionally, I serve on our Staff Council as Vice Chair and on our Professional Development Committee, aiming to improve the university for staff members in all areas.
I am also pursuing my MBA with an emphasis in leadership while working full time--I love a good challenge!
Alongside my professional endeavors, I am really passionate about making the transition from student to professional simpler and less uncomfortable. I have been a mentor and conference judge at the district, state, and national of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) for the past 6 years. Before that, I was a student in the organization myself!
Currently, I’m pursuing my MBA with an emphasis in Leadership at Lindenwood University while working full time as an SEO Specialist at the university and continuing to grow my freelance marketing experience on the side. As a full-time graduate student maintaining a 4.0 GPA, I’ve gained so much from learning how leadership, strategy, communication, and organizational behavior all connect in real world environments all while sharpening my time management skills and managing to fit in plenty of time for friends and family.
My experience pursuing an MBA has pushed me to think more critically, become a stronger communicator, and grow more confident as both a marketer and a leader. I’m set to graduate in December 2026 and am excited to continue applying what I’m learning to both my professional and creative work.

I’ve always believed the best marketing happens when creativity and strategy work together. While strong visuals, storytelling, and branding are what initially capture attention, data is what helps shape smarter decisions and stronger, long term results. All marketing and design decisions should be based on a foundation of quality research and data informed strategy.
